I'm so excited to take over the maintenance on your property. Together we can make it the envy of the neighborhood! This is an overview of what you can expect when I take over the maintenance of your property. Scroll to the bottom for some helpful tips!



Your property will be serviced once a week from April to October. Property will be serviced every other week from November to March. This is a general guideline depending on weather conditions. All Nu Landscape is closed for two weeks during Christmas and New Years.

Included Services

  • Mowing all turf areas.

  • Trimming around trees, fences, etc. as needed.

  • Edging sidewalks, driveways, flower beds.

  • Hedges to be trimmed as needed.

  • Hand pruning will be used on some plants and palms.

  • Chemical and hand removal of weeds where necessary.

  • Cleaning up all grass clippings and lawn debris at each visit.

  • Any trash will be picked up.

Services Not Included

These services are not included in your monthly maintenance service but can be added for an extra cost.

  • Tree trimming

  • Sprinkler system repairs

  • Pest Control

  • Fertilization

  • Mulch

  • Plants


You will receive an invoice at the beginning of the month. Payment is due by the end of the month. You can pay via check, cash or Venmo.

  • Don't worry if I don't show up on your regular maintenance day. It's probably due to weather. Your property will always get done during the week. Promise!

  • Please make sure you clean up after your dog and pick up anything in the yard that might accidentally get run over by a lawn mower. Thank you!

  • Please let me know if you have a sprinkler problem or if you need help setting your irrigation timer.

  • Landscaping projects (mulch, plants, etc.) need to be completed before the summer begins. 

  • Houseplant problems? Let me know and I can probably help.

  • The fastest way to reach me is through text message. I'll usually reply within one hour.
